Hi Everyone,
We know that gaining leadership support is important, but do you have any resources or tips on how to get leadership support for QI?
I found this informative article on the NICHQ website titled "8 Tips for Engaging Leaders in Your Project" that I thought might be useful for the phqix community.

Good Morning,
Good Morning,
ASTHO is currently drafting two resources that address the role of leaders in Performance Management and Accreditation. These leadership resources provide information about the benefits and challenges of getting leadership buy-in, strategies for accrediation related issues, and guidance on creating a culture of quality improvement. They also include case studies and examples from states at various stages of performance management and accreditation and with varying competencies.
We are in the process of finalizing the leadership resources, and they will be completed by the end of June. We will make sure to share them in this forum.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!

PHQIX Expert Panel member, Ty Kane, chimes in at the end of the webinar with three practical takeaway messages. The archived recording can be found on our Videos and Webinars page.
